Website & enquiry terms

Last updated: 5 November 2026

VICTIDEOUS provides information about creative media services and accepts enquiries at [email protected].

Quotations and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or a contract. Project availability, scope, fees, delivery dates, revision allowances and any deposits must be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Creative work and AI

Some visual concepts and artwork may be AI-assisted. Specific rights, usage permissions, third-party materials and deliverables will be agreed for each commission. No claim is made that any proposed creative output will be exclusively protectable.

Accuracy

Service descriptions are indicative and may change. This website does not currently accept online payments or confirm appointments automatically.

These are starter website terms and should be reviewed against the business's final legal identity and commercial practices before paid bookings launch.
